The robotic palletizer features a gripper head with carbon fiber “fingers” featuring a rubber inner liner to grant a perfect grip on all sorts of products.
The head’s flaps are as long as the pallet’s longer side so to load one complete row of products a time. The head can be opened wider than the length of the pallet’s longer side to compact the layers once they are completed.
Custom Layout
The palletizers’ layout are widely customizable as for their dimensions, layer pads use, double stacked pallets, products’ pattern, multiple reference handling.
